Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and We reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, We will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. During the final inspect phase, we thoroughly examine every product for any defects or damages before we ship it out to the customer. However, in the event that the product(s) are found defective or you are unsatisfied with the product(s), we will gladly exchange or refund it within 30 days. Please see below for RMA + Return instructions.

Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE! Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Futher, additional shipping and handling fee will be applied to each exchange; shipping fees for exchange items must be paid prior to shipment. Failure to pay the additional shipping fees within 72 hours will result in the exchange request being denied; alternatively, a refund will be issued minus the already incurred shipping fees from the inital order.  Please note that our receiving department is not authorized to pay any return shipping fees, so any package(s) with a return fee will, without reason, be REJECTED. If the package is rejected, it will be considered not received and thus no credit will be given.

Please note, for the interest of hygiene and customer protection, MYBEAUTYMART.COM will not refund nor exchange items that are opened, used or worn. Further, we DO NOT accept refund nor exchange any products containing chemicals and/or liquids.

All refund will be issued only after MYBEAUTYMART.COM has received and completely inspected the returned item(s).

Please refer to the following guideline before requesting return or refund authorization.

*For all orders, customers must submit an RMA request within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date.
*All return item(s) must be in original factory new condition with original tags and packaging (as it was shipped), and not worn nor altered in any way.

*All Clearance sale items are FINAL. All Clearance sale items DO NOT qualify for exchange, return nor refund. No exceptions!

*If a package is refused by the customer or returned as undeliverable, we will issue a refund for the total product amount minus already incurred shipping fees.

*Ultimately, MYBEAUTYMART.COM will determine whether the returned item is acceptable or not. This decision is final.

How to request a Refund or Exchange

To request a return, exchange, or refund, please log into your account to submit a RMA slip. To do so, first log in to your account or if already logged in click on the "Welcome, Your Name" (My Account) link from the top-right header, and then click the "History and details of my orders" link from the accounts page. Select the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return, the browser window should automatically scoll down and the order details should appear below. From the order details, select the item(s) you wish to return noting the return quantity, fill in the additional information box, and then click the "Generate a RMA slip" button to complete the RMA process. Please make sure to note your request for an exchange or refund in the additional information box. If an exchange is requested, please also list the item(s) you are interested in for the exchange.

Alternatively, you may also send us an email with a RMA request to support[@]mybeautymart.com. In doing so, we will create the RMA slip for you, and you will still be able to track it via the support ticket system and your accounts page. Please note that although more convenient, this method may delay the RMA process for up to 48 hours as requests are handled in the order they are received.

This will notify our warehouse of your return package, and they will be able to update the status periodically for your convenience. Further, you can view this information and more by logging into your account.

Once received, the return item(s) will be inspected and either approved or denied. Only once the return has been approved will the refund or exchange be processed. After the return shipment has been received, the refund or exchange process may take up to 7 days to process.

Please note that refunds DO NOT include already incurred S&H fees. These fees have already been paid to a third-party shipping carrier and therefore are non-refundable.

Further, please make sure the item has NOT been used, and is in the original factory new condition with all original tags and packaging. Failure to do so will result in the return being denied. If denied, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer to reclaim the item at additional S&H costs to them. Exchanges nor refunds will not be approved nor processed for denied returns.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please read carefully before making a purchase.

We are open for business 24/7. However, our Customer Service is ONLY open Monday through Friday 9:00am-6:00pmn EST. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Please provide accurate billing and shipping information along with phone number and e-mail address in order to properly expedite your order and to notify you in case there is a problem. Please check that the Billing and Shipping address is correct before finalizing your order to avoid delays.

We offer UPS and USPS for shipment deliveries.

*UPS Ground/USPS Mail
- Estimated delivery time will be approximately 2 to 7 business days (not including processing time) for most U.S. cities.
- Orders shipped to FPO and APO (military installations) will be shipped by USPS Regular Service only.

* UPS 2nd Day Air
- Estimated delivery time will be approximately 2 to 4 business days (not including processing time).

- Shipping fee and Handling charge will be automatically added by destination.

* UPS Next Day Air
- Estimated delivery time will be approximately 1 to 3 business days (not including processing time).

- Shipping fee and Handling charge will be automatically added by destination.

* UPS Worldwide Express
- Estimated delivery time will be approximately 3 to 5 business days (not including processing time) for most countries.
- Shipping fee and Handling charge will be automatically added by destination.

* USPS Global Priority Mail for International
- Estimated delivery time will be approximately 4 to 10 business days (not including processing time) for most countries.
- Shipping fee and Handling charge will be automatically added by destination.
- Additional $6.99 will be added to orders out of 48 US continental states.

** Customer is responsible for all destination problems and costs (i.e. incorrect shipping address, absence of the recipient, duty for international customers, etc.).

*** Delivery schedule date is not guaranteed for the delays due to; insufficient information provided by customer; terrorism, riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks; and natural disasters, such as violent storms, earthquake, floods and etc.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The billing and shipping addresses must be the same on international orders. Further, we may ask you to verify your identity by sending us a photo ID, credit card, and any other documents to verify your account and purchase(s).

Please allow for an additional 1-3 days (in addition to "normal" domestic processing times) for international orders. The additional time may be required to properly handle the shipping and handling process, and to comply with all customs and government regulations.

FREE SHIPPING

For purchases over $50.00 we offer free shipping via a standard shipping method within the contiguous US.

- The subtotal of the order must be $50.00 or above. The subtotal cost does not include shipping costs, taxes, or any other fees.

- Total weight of products in the cart must be less than 10 lbs.

- Items or services that are not eligible for Free Shipping will not be included in the subtotal.

- Free Shipping does not apply to APO/FPO, HI, AK, PR, VI, P.O. Boxes/Drawers, or International Orders.

FREE SHIPPING WILL ONLY BE HONORED VIA THE STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD, THAT IS, EVEN IF ANOTHER METHOD IS SELECTED AND/OR APPEARS TO BE FREE. If the customer prefers an alternatively, faster shipping method, this preference must be brought to the attention of mybeautymart.com prior to the completion of the transaction.

 

BACK ORDERS

When an item is not available due to backorder on an order with multiple items, we will ship the remaining portion of your order accordingly and notify you of the backordered item. All backordered items will be shipped via the most cost effective method as they become available, regardless of the shipping method selected in the original order. If an item is on backorder, the customer has a few options:

1) Wait until the item is restocked and shipped, at no additional shipping costs.

2) Receive a store credit to be used at any time towards an exchange item. Please contact us regarding shipping details.

3) Receive a refund for the value of the backordered item(s). This process may take up to 24-48 hours.

*If a product has been discontinued and therefore cannot be backordered, the purchase price of the item will be automatically refunded. All other items will be shipped and/or backordered according to the details outlined in our policies.

Accepted Payments

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. To offer a wide variety of payment options for our customers we have also setup payment methods through PayPal and Google Checkout, for customers who prefer those alternative methods.

Credit/Debit Cards that are processed by the merchant company are always over a secure network and connection to ensure the privacy of our customers are upheld to the highest standards. We, mybeautymart.com, at no point holds or has access to credit card information that you provide. But rather all information that is submitted through this site is directly transferred to the processing company who handles all monetary transactions. Please be advised, that we DO NOT and WILL NOT ask for any credit card card information at any point except for when you checkout. Our payment module has been placed on a separate page to ensure that it remains separate from other personal information, and only the necessary payment information is transferred off site to the merchant company.

Due to recent fraudulent activity, orders over $200.00 are required to have the same billing and shipping addresses. Further, orders over $300.00 are required to be completed via a VERIFIED PayPal account. MYBEAUTYMART.COM reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the conditions that apply to any and all orders.

*If the billing and shipping addresses do not match, mybeautymart.com may require additional documentation to verify that the transaction was authorized. This includes, but not limited to, a copy of your photo ID and credit card. To verify a transaction various methods are used, and it is ultimately mybeautymart.com's decision to request further information and deciding whether to ship or cancel the order. If the order is deemed fraudulent or cancelled for whatever reason, the total amount will be refunded to the authorized credit card within 3 days. Please note orders will not be processed until they can be fully verified, which in some cases may delay processing and delivery times.

We will give all efforts to cooperate with various local, federal, and international authorities to ensure we limit fraudulent and suspicious activities on this site. This means we will turn over every piece of information we have regarding your account and transaction per their request.
