Customer Satisfaction is our number one priority. We thoroughly examine every product for any defect or damage before we ship out to our customers. However, in the event that the product(s) are found defective or you are unsatisfied with the product(s), we will gladly exchange or refund. Please contact us at via e-mail at info[@]mybeautymart.com to obtain a return authorization and Return Form.
You can either request refund or exchange for the returning item(s).
We DO NOT accept exchange or refund for products which contain chemicals and/or liquids.
Shipping and handling charges ARE NOT refundable, and additional shipping and handling fee will be applied for each exchange. Our receiving department is not authorized to pay any return shipping fees, so any package with a return fee or charge to us will, without reason, be REJECTED. If the package is rejected, the package is not received, and if not received we cannot inspect it, and thus no credit will be given.
Please note, for the interest of hygiene and customer protection, mybeautymart.com may not refund or exchange items that are opened, used or worn.
All refund will be issued AFTER mybeautymart.com have received and examined the returned item.
Please refer to the following guideline before requesting return or refund authorization.
*For all shipments, customers must request for refund or exchange within seven calendar days from the delivery date (not including major Federal Holidays). For shipments that we cannot confirm delivery dates, such as USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post Mail, refund or exchange request must be made within 10 calendar days from the ship date (not including major Federal Holidays) rather than delivery date.
*All shipments to overseas and Military Installations, such as APO and FPO etc, are FINAL. No Return or Exchange will be accepted unless the item is defective. Sorry for this inconvenience.
* No refund or exchange will be granted for items past above mentioned time period.
* All return(s) and exchange(s) must be in new and original factory condition, and not worn or altered with original package.
*All Clearance Sale items are FINAL. All Clearance Sale items DO NOT qualify for exchange, return or refund.
*For refused package(s) by customers, we will credit the total amount less shipping cost.
1. mybeautymart.com understand that it needs a “try-out " for certain items to be satisfied such as wigs, falls and caps. However, it is ultimately on My Beauty Mart to determine whether the returned item is acceptable or not.
2. The UPS and USPS have different non-operating holidays. mybeautymart.com will calculate the time frame in accordance with their schedules. To find out their non-operating holidays, please visit their respective websites.
How to request a Refund or Exchange
To request a return, exchange, or refund you must first contact mybeautymart.com via the proper communication channels (email is the preferred and fastest method). Once mybeautymart.com receives your request, we will begin the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Our systems will notify you via email throughout the various steps of this RMA process. During this process you will be notified to return the item. ONLY after you receive this notice should you return the item. Any items returned without proper notification and documentation will be subject to automatic rejection, and no further action will be taken on our part. After it is received by one of our facilities, the returned item will be inspected and restocked. You will receive another notification regarding the final status of your return. After all returns have been completed, mybeautymart.com will follow up with you in regards to processing your credited return.
If you meet the above guidelines, contact mybeautymart.com and request an RMA. Once we acknowledge your request, we will begin the RMA process with frequent updates to you, additionally we may send you a Return Form for you to fill out and submit. If so, this process can be done in 2 ways: By email info[@]mybeautymart.com or Fax 678-242-1564.
The returning items must be shipped out within three business days of the issuance of return form. The return or exchange item(s) must accompany with original invoice and a copy of the completed Return Form.
All refund will be issued AFTER mybeautymart.com has examined the returned item. This process may take up to seven (7) days.
